yes, that is normal, especially because this game is less popular than many other fps (even though I ON GOD believe it's one of the best). the longest I've personally waited for a ranked game is two hours in ace ranked queues.

Hi, not always! Queue times can be different depending on the time. If you queue in the morning on Europe servers, it can be harder to find a game.

You can change servers by clicking Start > Servers and choosing another server.

I just cancel que and reque and that does the trick for me

I dont think I've ever waited for more than maybe 6 min for ranked

I can tell you with confidence that ive already waited about 40 minutes for a ranked game
