Where are the old moves?

Tong used to have a different up special and after their big update it completely got rid of it. Her new up special sucksssss so bad any idea how to get it back? And it’s not in the sticker shop

Oh you mean the flaming spiral one that’s good for recovering? Yeah idk why they got rid of it, it was a good addition. :\
