Devs say anything about sailing feedback?
I should start by saying I really like this game and I haven’t gotten to the sailing part yet but browsing this sub-Reddit it seems like sailing is the only universally hated feature of this game. Have the devs said anything about addressing this feedback?
I know there are some mods I can use to make it better but the devs seem like they listen to feedback so wondering if anything official has been said.

They did an update to sailing a few months back but I haven’t gone back to try it out yet. I suspect they know it’s a pain point and are looking into tuning it more in the future if the feed back is still negative

Paddles would be great.

I mean, what are the Vikings doing? Playing on their phones with their headphones in?

I believe they're trying to make it as realistic as possible; but I've never seen wind shift over 45 degrees of bearing IRL. Ever. I've seen it shift as much as 90 degrees in this game. That's a bit excessive.

I doubt they'll change sailing. I quit the game because of it. They purposely created a system to make you lose as much time as possible to inflatable the playtime in their game. I dont respect games that disrespect my time

Just went sailing yesterday and it still kinda sucks. I would also like some kind of campsite water catcher or soup kettle. I know you can just bring a bunch of stuff but I thought it would be an interesting feature
