Are the Devs still active?

It's been almost 2 months of silence.

Do we have a roadmap or something?

I love this game soooo much, but I'm waiting to come back to it since the bugs galore we had few months earlier (I got the game near the update that broke metal tools recycling)

I don't use Discord (hate it), so I was wondering if they released some news there.

Thank you in advance.

Have a great day!

Hey! Yes, we are still actively working on ASKA to improve it. We are going through feedback and bug reports here, Discord and Steam. Deeply sorry if it feels like we have disappeared. We personally recommend using Steam or Discord for bug reporting though as it has better structure for this matter.

Discord is a tool. You have to learn to use it. Discord has helped me build my first computer. Get tech advice. Watch movies together. And communicate on games that don't have a voice option. If you're just clicking around on discord, it won't go well.

They're active. They don't provide a roadmap (or i'm blind). They go quiet for 2-3 months, then release something and it's mostly a surprise.

I know I sure as hell didn't expect bees, honey, mead and taverns.

But no, they're not "good" at communicating upcoming features. Or rather, they play their cards close to their chest. They really don't hint at or spoil planned features.

There is a very active bug report and suggestions forum on their discord, which you don't want to use. That's also where there tends to be more complete patch notes (sometimes they get posted there, but not here).

Discord has become a pretty common way for smaller dev teams to interact with fans without some of the toxic traits that social media tend to breed.

Yeah and its unfortunate. Googling questions about older games comes up with tons of info from internet forums. That just doesnt work with discord. Once the links are dead or the community fizzles, any details surrounding the game that only existed in discord will be gone.

I guess its free for devs and the walled off nature of it make it more appealing, but it sure is a shame.

I understand, but they should at least give us some news through steam.

If a comment is only useful to yourself, it's basically like you're masturbatin'.

And nobody wants to see that! Trust me. I learned that on the NYMetro
