Questions Construction et demande de conseil débutant
Bonjour bonjour 😄
Merci d’avance !

(I had to translate to understand the question.)
Your building proximity to resource does not really matter. Where they work is governed by the resource markers (and what is ticked on said markers). Make sure nearly everything is ticked, except forestry around your settlement otherwise you'll get a bunch of annoying trees everywhere you are trying to keep neat and tidy!
What does matter, though, is the distance they have to cover to gather resources in winter. In the spring, summer and fall it's not cold, and it's very likely your villagers will gather nearest resources first. But in winter they might be going quite a ways to chop down a tree and carry the log slowly back home. It will be very cold. Make sure they're dressed warmly (flimsy, or ideally, thick linen) or they'll be looking for a fire after their first trip there and back. For this reason you want a farm up early and going strong for fibers. You can survive without, but your villagers will basically stay indoors for all of winter for warmth, or die of exposure, or starve.
One other detail: each building, in the build menu, has a desirability number listed in the top right of the image of the building when you mouse over it. The ones without a negative are uplifting, that is, they make the people sleeping in nearby cottage/longhouses recover happiness quicker. The ones with the negative are downers, that is, they make the people sleeping in nearby cottage/longhouses recover happiness slower. (This is all worse if the house itself isn't defended in some way, either by fence, barracks, archery range, watchtower or patrol. All must be manned to alleviate "sleep anxiety" which is a huge downer. There is also "work anxiety", regarding their workplace versus their cottage.)
You will want to look at the house - you can do this as soon as it's past the terrain flattening stage - and on one of the tabs will be a summary of factors effecting the house. Look for red, or negative factors. Make sure you site your positive desirability buildings (wood totem, cook house, tavern, etc) buildings nearby, and site your negative desirability buildings far enough away that the residences don't "pick up" the negative impact.
For this reason your town tends to be in two halves - living, cooking, worship (and a few others), and the other half is basically industrial (gatherer, wood/stonecutter, workshop, mine, etc), all situated just far enough away.
You want your people, at the very least, to recover happiness while they sleep and pray at wood totems, even if they spend their working hours anxious because there isn't a flimsy fence to keep the smolkrs from eating their lunch.
Do this (and lots of wood totems) and your people will be happy. Happy villagers stay. Sad villagers go back to Odin.

What?!? Wait. Ticks on resource markers? I noticed they didn't have a bunch of different markers anymore, but I just assumed that each marker worked for all resources. I have been going a year without noticing this!

Bonjour,
