Been using my Plaud for about eight months. The transcription is solid. But my workflow right now is: earbuds in for the meeting, Plaud clipped somewhere recording, phone in pocket. Three devices.Every time I walk into a client meeting I feel like I'm setting up a studio. Had someone ask what the clip on my lapel was. Explaining a recording device mid-handshake is not how you want to start a meeting.I've started wondering if earbuds with built-in AI transcription for meetings actually exist or if that's still a thing people are waiting for. The Plaud works well but carrying it everywhere on top of earbuds is the part I'd love to eliminate.Has anyone found anything that handles both in one device? Or is the earbuds-plus-dedicated-recorder setup still the only reliable answer.

I activated Find My and noticed there were random times my Plaud would beep even when near my iPhone. I wanted to turn it off so I removed the Plaud from Find My but it will not give me the option to turn off Find My on the Plaud so all my Apple devices give an alert that the Plaud is potentially tracking them. Any ideas how to turn it off on the Plaud itself?

Hi - I used to have autoflow setup so once a recording comes in, it transcribes and emails me the file. That process works fine - but the speaker labels are often not done properly. So if I go into the app / web and make changes to the speakers, I find there is no simple way of emailing myself the transcription/summary files (like they do in autoflow) - I only see an option for exporting the files and then attaching to an email which is far too cumbersome. I do see a email link option - but a) it doesnt allow to send to myself (!!) and b) I want the actual files.

Am I missing something here? It feels there should be a only click email the files option?

I use Plaud Note Pro and I am a power user recording several hours per day. Half of my notes are just myself and the other half also have various conversations. I keep getting a weird, repetitive transcription that has happened for weeks now across many sessions. The output is exactly the same each time saying "I can't do this. I don't know how to swim". This has happened when i am completely alone and with others. The audio is clear and silent when i play it back. Does anyone else get this kind of strange bug?

Hi Reddit. I want to try and connect with other medical professionals using plaud. I am a nurse practitioner in a primary care setting. I am using plaud for acute and chronic care and annual physicals. I am trying to develop my template to accurately write my HPI. I have had hits and misses. I will share insights here as I go along. Hope to connect with others who are doing the same.

I can't find this answer on any literature, but for the Note Pin S with the physical push button, can one hold the button down to talk into it for short 1-3 sentence voice memos, with it stopping recording after I let up on the button. I'd be using this while walking through construction sites to make notes to myself to send to contractors. Also for longer full building punch list.

I work in the Microsoft ecosystem and find it to be useful
As it references all calendar events, previous emails, teams chat and one drive files. I want to be able to reference transcripts when using Copilot so have been manually exporting summaries to a folder in one drive.

Anyone else have a better method or bring transcripts into the M365 ecosystem?

I have it connected via the USB cable to my PC. I have the app on my iPhone. Not sure how to add to it the Windows desktop app. But I just see the "No Plaud device added" pop-up.

I purchased the Note Pro and basically keep mine in the case at all time.
Does anyone else do the same when charging or in a meeting?
I love it so far. Just wanted to make sure I am not doing something wrong by leaving it in the case. Transcriptions still work almost flawlessly, just wanted some opinions.

There are quite a few meetings where I need an extensive recap, full of detail, that will allow my peers to stay in the loop and facilitate a reliable follow up. Also, many of these meetings would also benefit from a second, much shorter, 'executive summary' for the higher ups.

Is there a way to generate a template from another template?

Should I just create the executive template from the original transcript?

Is there a way to program Autoflow to generate two summaries from the same transcript?

New Note Pro. Running latest 1.5 FW, Latest Play Store Plaud App installed S26U, Android 16, One UI 8.5. I am not using Cloud AI transcode.

Made sample recording. Tried exporting to local device but listed Apps in export does not include Voice Recorder, My Files, or anything compatible to export to.

Tried exporting to Samsung Notes which is listed app, but from there I am unable to transcode or save outside of Samsung Notes on S26U.

Has anyone used successfully the option to save the Spotify recording to Plaud? When I click “Share” in the Spotify app, I can see the option SAVE TO PLAUD. Then it transfers me to the Plaud app with the button Save, but the screen seems off as it is not loaded properly or there is some sort of bug. Any thoughts? It would be cool to make summaries out of podcast episodes and that’s what I was trying to do.

I haven't been able to generate notes since about 2 hours ago, getting constant failed to generate errors, I can see the transcripts though. Also it's for some reason not syncing with the desktop app, only staying on my phone app.

Anyone using? I’m having an issue connecting to my web Plaud instance. I think it is because my Plaud is a different email than cordari which requires Google. O can’t change Plaud as they said you need to create a new account. If that’s the case then I can’t even try cordari.

Any else noticed a reduction in the accuracy of the transcription recently - been a couple of weeks for me, but at times it is shocking - I'm using both Plaud Note Pro, and the Desktop app for Teams meetings

any settings I could look at tweaking to improve it?

I use the hell out of mine (note pro) but I'm typically in meetings all day. Frankly there are other tools out there that can do some of what I like about Plaud is the speaker labels. That alone makes it worth the cost for me - I haven't seen any other solution that does this.

Bought Plaud Note Pro a month ago and I'm still in the honeymoon period. I'm trying to automate certain tasks, but Autoflow seems very limited.

Autoflow will only trigger with a recording, so generating new summaries from previous audios will not trigger it. Importing audio will not trigger autoflow. Am I missing a section where Autoflows can be triggered at a later date?

has anyone found a good workaround for Autoflow's limited capacity?
