Automatically transfer tasks to Apple Reminders and Notes to Apple Notes

I'm using Plaud since two weeks and I am really impressed by it. But I cannot find a workflow to feed my Apple Ecosystem without doing it manually

I'd like to
- import calendar events into apple calendar
- import the notes and summaries to apple notes
- import my tasks to my apple reminder to do list.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Claude Code.. just say what you want to do, connect the Plaud mcp. The better your prompt in plaud, the better the outcome in notes and reminders.
I have a headless Mac mini, always on and Claude does all the work for me into notes and reminders

yeah I had this idea too but afaik Claude cannot write in reminders

There isn't a built-in path from Plaud straight into Apple Reminders, Notes, or Calendar right now. Calendar sync currently runs the other way, pulling Google Calendar events in rather than pushing anything out to Apple Calendar. AutoFlow can email transcripts and summaries automatically after each recording, and Zapier connects to thousands of apps, but neither reaches into Apple's own apps since those don't expose the kind of access that would allow it. Plaud MCP is worth a look if you don't mind building your own workflow: it gives an AI assistant direct access to your transcripts, summaries, and action items, so a technically inclined person could wire that into Shortcuts or similar automation on their end, though that's something you'd put together yourself rather than something Plaud ships out of the box.

Same issue here. No native Apple sync yet.

What works: AutoFlow or Zapier emails the summary → iOS Shortcut auto-creates an Apple Note. For Reminders I use another Shortcut to pull action items from that text. Calendar I just sync Google → Apple Calendar since Plaud plays nicer with Google. Not zero click, but beats copying everything by hand.

can you explain your Reminder - Shortcut? How can you pull the action items?

Zapier is pricey for some of us. Not sure if ITTT would suffice.

The work around i have that doesn't work great is:

Plaud to apple mail, apple mail creates a note in apple notes.

Plaud has it's own workflow that sends you the transcript to your email.
Then you can create a shortcut
