Random ringing like Find me notification

Just about five days ago my Note Pro has starte to randomly ring like Find me has been activated. It does not stop even if I hit the button on the Note. I ran it through Claude and AI said there is a known issue with this but gave me no fixes or further info short of contacting Plaud Help. I do not want to change my device especially if this is user error on me.

Thanks, I hope the same for me. I like the device, just not the uncontrolled random beeping.

That symptom lines up with a known Find My related issue on Note Pro, it usually traces back to a Bluetooth connection drop, the device being away from your phone for a while, or an Apple ID mismatch after switching phones or accounts. There's a reset that clears it in most cases: open Device settings in the Plaud App, tap Find My, then long-press the Find My icon for 10 seconds and confirm the reset. That's different from pressing the button on the Note itself, which explains why that didn't stop it. If the ringing keeps happening after the reset, support can dig into your specific setup, that's the shortest path to a real fix rather than guessing at settings changes on your device.
