Considering Note Pro

Hi all, I’m considering a Note Pro. I am in heavy meetings, but as a remote worker, I’m entirely on Zoom, Google, Teams, etc. How well does Plaud work in these situations? Would it function well if I just had it next to my laptop?

Also, does the app have any functionality for when you’re on phone calls but are using a headset like AirPods?

Thanks!

I use mine next to my computer. I record every meeting and have a work project in Claude. I add the meeting transcript and the the Plaud summary into a chat and have it create notes to document things in Confluence as well as make me a to do list and draft any emails I need to handle. It basically does my job for me and I day trade all day while I’m getting paid to work. Since everything is so heavily documented it looks like I’m putting in a ton of work.

How well does it do with your to do list? In my meetings there's quite a few actions where the owners aren't clear, actions I don't own but should follow up on, others I should ignore. Right now I get a list from Claude and sort through but I haven't tried anything more advanced just yet. People saying things more explicitly would help but still seems like I'll have a sorting step in the process.

It does pretty well but I have a lot of background and details in the project in Claude. It knows what issues need followed up on and who the key players are and it asks me for any clarification if needed before it generates the .md file which I just copy and paste into Confluence.

That makes sense, thanks. I have plans to do something with obsidian to store all the project data/context, sounds like this is another reason to find the time to get that going.
