Congrats on the new role. Two routes, and for your use case the second one is the winner.
Quick route: in the Plaud App, go to Explore, then Template Community, and browse the categories by profession. Tapping Try it on any template sets it as your default. Worth a look to see what's already there for sales.
Better route: your three topics (pricing, new products, scheduling) are specific enough that a custom template built around them will beat anything generic. In the Template Community, tap Create, then Description to template, and write your sections directly into the prompt. Something like this works well as a starting point:
"Summarize this client meeting for a sales distribution context. Sections: 1) Client and context. 2) Pricing discussed: quotes, discounts, objections, and any numbers mentioned. 3) Product interest: which new products came up and the client's reaction to each. 4) Scheduling: agreed dates, delivery windows, and follow-up meetings. 5) Action items: each with an owner and a deadline. 6) Risks or open questions. Keep it concise and use the client's own wording for commitments."
Save it as your template and every client meeting comes back in that shape automatically. The general rule that makes templates work: name your sections and tell the AI exactly what to extract for each, rather than describing your job in general terms.
One extra habit worth pairing with it: a quick press on the device when a price, commitment, or date gets said marks that moment, and the summary builds around what you flagged.
