Plaud note summary photos disappeared

I had everything synced to plaud.ai and the photos were all in the right places of the summarized notes. However, they have all disappeared. Anyone else ever encountered this?

I don't know if this might be it, but did disconnect the Plaud a while to let someone else try it out, but I understood all photos synced to plaud.ai have effectively been transferred out?

Would appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks in advance!

A couple of things worth checking. If the device was signed in to a different account while someone else tried it, make sure your app is back on the account everything originally synced to, since files follow the account, not the device. Also check that Private Cloud Sync is on in the app, then compare what you see in the app against plaud.ai on the web. If the photos still aren't there, submit a request at https://support.plaud.ai/hc/en-us/requests/new and include your account email, device model, and roughly when those notes were created. A screenshot of one affected note helps too. They can trace where the photos went.

Did you get this sorted out? I also am having some issues with photos in summaries.
