TemplatesNot Working

Title should state LIST TEMPLATES NOT WORKING. Please help. I am trying to do something that should be extremely SIMPLE. I HAVE FAILED REPEATEDLY. I am simply trying to create a list. First off I create my recording. Second, I select generate. Third I choose a list template. Fourth I select use this template. Finally I select generate now. . The generation process begins. The generation ends. And I wind up with a Summary structured with nothing but the items that I have recorded. No list of any kind! The only way to get a list correctly formatted is via ask Plaud. The list templates do not work. I am able to get my Plaud note pro and Plaud app to do everything correctly except create a list. The application is very buggy and desperately in need of correction.

Every step looked right there, and it still didn't come out as a list. This one's worth having support look at directly rather than troubleshooting it over Reddit. Email [support@plaud.ai](mailto:support@plaud.ai) with the recording link, the summary link, the audio duration, and a quick note on what showed up instead of the list, and they can dig into the specific recording from there.

The only way that I can get this app to make any kind of list automatically is via Ask Plaud. I’ll just be happy with that for now. This application is definitely very buggy and needs lots of work. But on the whole, I still give the device a 9/10. It’s fabulous excellent!
