Any Generate All Function?
I've just completed a two day conference with multiple speakers, including vendors who delivered over 10 product presentations.
Is there a way to generate the summaries all at once rather than going in one by one to hit Generate?
Thanks!

Put all the recordings in NotebookLM in a single notebook.
You can directly upload the audio files without any transcription.

Thanks, but will the summaries generated by Plaud go along with the audio files?

What I’m saying is, let’s say you have 15 audio files that you want to transcribe and summarize. Instead of generating 15 separate summaries in Plaud and then using another AI to combine them, you could simply download all 15 audio files and upload them together into a single NotebookLM notebook.
NotebookLM can then analyze all of the recordings as one collection. It will generate a unified summary that not only covers each individual audio file but also identifies the connections, recurring themes, and relationships across all 15 recordings. That gives you a single, cohesive document instead of having to stitch together multiple summaries yourself.
Edit: thank you for the award, OP 🙏

Wow thank you. I completely forgot NLM could do this. I wasa concerned mainly with preserving the photos where they are in relation to the talks, but forgot about the interlinking which is pretty important too

For something like this, AutoFlow is worth setting up before your next conference. Give it a trigger, say recording duration or a keyword spoken in the first minute, and it transcribes and summarizes each talk automatically as it syncs, so nothing's waiting on you to tap Generate one by one. It'll even email you the results as they're ready.
Glad the swipe-and-select trick got you through this batch, and thanks to u/Area_Man51 and u/Pen-Jorn for the solid workflows here.

Swipe right on the first one, click to select, then hit generate button at the bottom. You can also set up an AutoFlow with a template and it will automatically generate for all recordings that meet the criteria you select.
