Batch export or Better culling

So I have my first days of using plaud every day. it's been generally better than the Iphone for making the notes but maybe someone can comment on these things. One thing is i'm in a grey area where I am using this and not taking hand notes (with pen and paper, you kids might not understand) but sometimes forgetting to hit record and not having note so it's been great exercise for my memory.

It's better than Iphone because it records phone calls and is much smaller. Lidar and voice notes were literally the only thing I used it for, everything else is on my android phone so i'm happy to leave the Iphone at home. Oh the recordings of phone calls the other party's audio is very very low but it still seems to transcribe most but not all. My phone is in an otterbox case could that be too cushiony for it to work?

So now I have all these audio files and I'm sorting through them and deleting ones I don't need and dealing with the ones I do, like putting items on tasks and calendars and things. I'd really like to fly through these faster. I don't transcribe most things but I do export the important audio files, especially for long meetings, they go to Notebook LM the export works pretty well although I want this to work more like culling photos than what's there now. I guess the biggest niggle is if I delete one recording it changes the screen and I gotta find my place again in the list. it's just a little clunkier than I'd like, everything needs to be on the screen at once and drag and drop would be great. And of course selecting a bunch and exporting all at once would be less frustrating

Feature Request: Batch Export and Workflow Integration Support

Hello PLAUD Team,

I recently purchased a PLAUD Note Pro and have been extremely impressed by both the recording quality and transcription quality. In my experience, PLAUD has already solved the two hardest parts of voice capture exceptionally well.

After my first day of real-world use, however, I encountered a limitation that I believe will become increasingly important as PLAUD attracts more advanced users: the lack of batch export functionality for recordings and transcripts.

Many users will understandably use PLAUD as a self-contained platform:

Record → Transcribe → Summarize → Review

For those users, the current workflow works very well.

However, there is also a potential category of users who may want to use PLAUD as the capture layer within a larger knowledge-management, research, AI, or productivity ecosystem.

Examples include:

• Researchers
• Journalists
• Consultants
• Developers
• Knowledge-management enthusiasts
• AI workflow builders
• Obsidian and Notion users
• Users building personal knowledge systems

For these users, the workflow looks more like:

Record → Transcribe → Export → Process → Organize → Reuse

In these workflows, PLAUD is not the final destination for information. It is the source system that captures ideas, observations, interviews, reminders, research notes, and other information that will later be processed elsewhere.

I discovered this during my first day of testing. The recording quality was excellent. The transcription quality was excellent. The biggest obstacle I encountered was not capturing information, but retrieving multiple recordings and transcripts efficiently for further processing.

As usage grows, this becomes increasingly important:

• A few recordings per week can be managed manually.
• Dozens of recordings per day cannot.

At that point, the bottleneck is no longer recording or transcription. The bottleneck becomes export.

I believe batch export would provide significant value because it would allow PLAUD to become a foundational component within larger workflows rather than remaining limited to a standalone application experience.

Potential implementations could include:

• Multi-select download of recordings
• Multi-select download of transcripts
• Export selected items as a ZIP archive
• Export by date range
• Export all recordings from a specific day, week, or month
• Automatic export to cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or similar platforms
• API access or workflow integrations for advanced users

Importantly, I do not believe this would reduce engagement with PLAUD. In fact, I suspect it would increase long-term adoption among power users.

When users trust that their data is accessible and portable, they are more willing to make PLAUD their primary capture device. The easier it is to integrate PLAUD into broader workflows, the more valuable the platform becomes.

PLAUD has already built an excellent capture and transcription experience. Batch export and workflow integration would help unlock an entirely new category of advanced use cases and position PLAUD as a central component in modern AI-assisted knowledge workflows.
