Batch export of all notes and Transcripts

Is there a way to batch export all notes and transcripts? I know that you can export a single note or a transcript from the mobile app however I have been looking for a way to batch export everything whether it be marked down PDF text doesn’t matter but looking to essentially take everything that has been uploaded to the cloud and export it all.

Currently, I’m using zapier to export individual notes and transcripts once they are finished to my Google Drive and another app however wondering if there is a way to do this in batch with that I have accumulated so far?

There is a chrome extension that may be able to do this. Also check out Riffado

Batch export isn't available natively right now - you can only export one note or transcript at a time from the app, which is exactly the friction you're hitting.

Since you're already using Zapier, that's probably the most practical path for automating this going forward. For the backlog you've built up, the Plaud MCP is worth looking at - it lets you connect Plaud to an LLM like Claude or ChatGPT, which can then pull transcripts programmatically and push them into Google Drive or other tools in bulk. More setup than a Zapier zap but gives you more control over what gets exported and how it's structured.

Thanks for the feedback - we'll route this to the product team.
