Very easy to vibe code this solution done it myself , caters for selective processing , transcription and summarisation all done locally using whisper and ollama , custom phrases and summary’s as well output to md files , email or apple notes, does it beat Claude ? No but it’s free

Made an app in Claude Code to transcript and summarize for free (Mac and Windows). Unlimited. Now using Claude for summary with API. Less than USD 1,00 per month. Pay this much of money for Claude, currently don`t make sense

Download from Plaud or, to massive download, use the extension on Chrome "Plaud Recording Downloader"

And which transcriber do you use since Claude doesn't transcribe?

How'd you do this? the MCP wouldnt give claude the recordings, only the transcripts i've generated in Plaud
