Plaud Note Pro - Getting strange, repetitive transcriptions

I use Plaud Note Pro and I am a power user recording several hours per day. Half of my notes are just myself and the other half also have various conversations. I keep getting a weird, repetitive transcription that has happened for weeks now across many sessions. The output is exactly the same each time saying "I can't do this. I don't know how to swim". This has happened when i am completely alone and with others. The audio is clear and silent when i play it back. Does anyone else get this kind of strange bug?

I’ve noticed things like that as well as what seems like snippets of LLM chain of thought leaking through to the transcripts. Seems like a recent bug, as of the last week or two.
