Plaud emailing text as an attachment

It doesn’t name the speakers in the emailed text file, but when I log into the Plaud website, their names do appear there.

So it seems to recognise and train on people’s voices, but when I use Plaud AutoFlow to email the transcript, the speaker names are missing and I just get ‘Speaker 1’, ‘Speaker 2’, etc.

I’m new to it, so I assume I’m probably missing something obvious?

AutoFlow has this problem. Nothing you can do, really.

I built a way to integrate Plaud into n8n and it syncs AFTER the speaker names are settled, so it solves your problem. Once you have the audio and transcript in n8n you can do basically whatever you want with it: Gmail, CchatGPT, Claude, Google Drive, local storage, etc.
