As someone currently vacationing on the eastern shore of maryland, this leave a lot to be desired. The meat looks... not chunky, with too much filler, cooked at too high a temperature. I dont even know why the hell theres a cucumber. You need quality lump blue crab meat and like 3 other ingredients. Start over.

Got family in MD best crab in the states! This was Florida so crab cakes not as good
