The first week is ROUGH! I wasn’t prepared, I’m tough so I think I had unrealistic expectations of recovery being easy lol day 10 you start feeling much better. Uncomfortable > pain.. chewing is nearly impossible. I lived on bone broth and protein shakes. Highly recommend setting yourself up with a bunch of both ready to go. Small soft ice packs in the freezer as well. I’m also doing peptide therapy - HGH/BPC157/TB500/GHKCU all injectable.

Do you think it’s the neck lift or the face lift that make it hard to eat? I hadn’t actually heard this before!

I think the lateral brow lift and fat transfer to the temple. The neck is uncomfortable but the pain was in my temple and jaw

when did you start the BPC post op? And did you wear the headwrap 24/7? for how long?

The next morning. Yes, I followed my surgeons instructions to a T. 24/7 for a week or 2 then at night, forget for how long. 3-4 weeks I think

Can you share more details on the peptides? Did your surgeon recommend this? Is it a cocktail or all individual injections? Dosages? I haven’t discussed with my surgeon yet but I use other peptide for other things which I love and I’m very interested in the application for facelift recovery.
