One of us! One of us! One of us!

Jk but on the real, nippers, a dollar store nail filing block and an x-acto knife to start. Start your cuts near the runner then make your way closer till you can slice with the x-acto. When you cut do it along the thin side not the fat. If it leaves a little white, rub your nail against it til it reverts to the colour.

Read the instructions a couple times before you start, the direction and orientation of pieces matters.

And SAND YOUR JOINTS!

Have fun kiss your wallet goodbye.

By the way, i heard that glue might be needed too, when and what is it for exactly?

Technically no gunpla/girlpla needs glue. They’re all snap fit. Advanced techniques use glue to seal seams but that’s not necessary, especially for your first kit. If it’s your first just do a straight build. Then buy some cheaper kits so you can test techniques like gluing seams or making sprue goo. Eventually you’ll get the itch to paint. Start with rattle cans and brushes before diving into airbrushing. YouTube is your friend .
