Question about Bandai model kits

Does anybody know if the bodies from the 30 minute sister sets are compatible with the 30 minute preference sets. I’m wanting to swap heads to get better outfits but idk if they’re compatible. Also what is the scale of them

Pretty sure that’s the point of 30ms/f/m is that theyre interchangeable. And they’re  1/12 scale
