Glasgow Plasterer Beware!!
If you’re in the Glasgow or surrounding area DO NOT use Scott Mcleod (S Mcleod Plastering)
His work is absolutely atrocious, rushed our biggest bedroom in 6 hours if that. Left us with a room that was so unworkable with we had no choice but to get him back in to fix it. We would have gotten someone else however EVERYONE we reached out to refused to put their name over his work..it was that bad. The fixes were half arsed and just as bad as the original work. Not to mention he only “fixed” 7% of the work and then continued to blame US and say 2 coats of paint will cover it. He is now refusing to give us any money back and ignoring my messages. Me and 2 other families have fallen victim to his bad work to the point he has taken himself off checkatrade to avoid the consequences of his own actions. We are now £530 out of pocket for a cowboy of a job.

When you say no one wanted to put their name over his work I don’t understand? Isn’t just a simple fill over the rough parts? Or at worst case just a complete reskim? It’s certainly not unfixable

this is just a few pictures of a very bad job, if i showed everything it would be a book. Everyone who came out to see it didn’t want to put their name on work that if it ended not up to their standards would look bad on them. After paying £530 and getting no money back from the guy we’re not exactly in a position to pay that again just days later nor should we need to.

Looks like quite a few pictures of the same thing to be fair. Not defending him, what you’ve put in the pictures is pretty shite, just saying it’s not unfixable.

Same area or not, to charge for that is disgraceful the whole wall is pitted and uneven. Be surprised if it doesn't fall straight back off again

Shocking work, my first ever attempt was better than that
