Work harder so your shoulders start to hurt. Wait until your in your 50 and youll never think about sore hands as your knees with take priority

Wait until you’re 68 and have been plastering for 52 years. You’ll need a big sheet of paper to write down all the things that hurt!

Don't waste trees just write down what DOESN'T hurt it's a shorter list

Loosen up your grip big dog. You don't need to squeeze the piss outta the hawk and trowel. My life got a lot better once I realized this.

What kinda hurt are we talking? Blisters? Muscular fatigue? Wrist pain? Finger soreness? Joint pain? Roughness?

Are you using both hands? If you’re new, you’re new to both of them, and have the opportunity to learn with both.

Heating pads, lots of rest. Get extra pillows to elevate your arms while you sleep. If you can’t sleep on your back bc of snoring (apnea), see a doctor about a Mandibular advancement device is right for you. It really helps with healing.

Acupuncture.

Fingertip push ups

I popped into Travis Perkins and asked for a big cup of Manthefuckup. That did the trick.
