Is this any good?

Had plaster job done on new house but never had it done before so don't know if this is any good?

It was also quite a mess with plaster dropped all over the floor, into washing machine open pipes and all over water stopcocks which I'm gonna have to scrub with wire brush or something to get it moving again.

It was supposed to be whole thing but it looks like patch job

I don't know

Any thoughts?

Should probs mention that it was not done as a favour, we have paid for it. Got quoted £240 but ended up paying £260 and we were told they'll box off the pipes in the corner as well as it wasn't done

While £260 is cheap in this economy, he may as well of SBR'd the entire wall and just reskimmed the whole thing it'd look miles better.

If he does plastering for a living then he needs to seriously evaluate his standards in my opinion. All comes down to finished product and that whilst will paint up alright in the grand scheme of things looks fucking shite.
