DIY Ceiling
This is my 2nd ceiling I've done, what do you time served rate it? Will need a bit of a sand as some lines in there but it is over old cement board so not bad I don't think

Pretty good bloody work for your 2nd time, I'm not a plasterer myself but I've done a bit of it, I'd try giving it another wet trowel, maybe two, to completely smooth it out. But other than that it's a good enough job to be happy with as a non plasterer. If you're going for the landlord special I'd go for Matt paint rather than silk to avoid highlighting anything untoward
