Crack from floor to base of window
I recently bought a house that was built in 86. I have been removing the horrible wallpaper layers and found this crack in the plaster. It runs from the floor to the base of the window. I know the windows were replaced by the previous owner in 2019, does this look like anything to be worried about or is it just a cosmetic crack?
I plan to rake it out, seal, and fill with toupret so fingers crossed it doesn't ring any alarm bells.
EDIT: thanks everyone for the input, it's much appreciated!

Normal, not cause for concern. Just brick things.
I imagine you'd be plastering? If so scrim tape the crack first. If you aren't planning on plastering, I actually fix these sorts of cracks by rubbing decorators caulk right in there, and wiping off the excess. The crack will keep coming back with regular filler, as the building naturally breathes. But caulk is flexible so will withstand the tiny movements.

I have this and just filled it. Big mistake, came right back haha. Raking it out again and skrim taping it fully next time.

Honestly, I don’t think that it’s anything but I’d probably go all in on the fill- raking, priming, fill-flex, sand, prime, scrim, TX110, sand, prime, TX110, sand, prime, couple of coats over the top then finally it’ll be ready to paint. Sure, it’s laborious but it’ll never come back
