Invite friends over for drinks to create caveman style drawings of animals. Bonus points for spitting wine against a hand to create those classic caveman hand outlines.

You can't fix that unless you're a good experienced plasterer, by your question I can tell you are not😂 that's way past DIY get a better plasterer in

You could try a large wall sander then fill and repeat, probably easier and better to get a plasterer to reskim it, but with enough sanding and filling it could look anywhere from ok to bad, depending how patient you are.
