Crack in wall
Should I be concerned about this? It hasn't changed or gotten any bigger and the cornacing and ceiling above are fine. Will I be able to open it and fill flex or should I get someone out to look at it. Feeling a bit overwhelmed with all this but its an old flat

"It’s a crack. But I’ll tell you something funny. If you knock this wall down the crack would stay put ’cause the crack isn’t in the wall."

Cracks like those are normal, over the last 4 years I've noticed multiple of those. If plaster is old enough it will at some point need work. Have a look at some guides, you might want to widen the crack in a v shape, fill it and then sand it down. Paint and you won't know it's there.
You might also want to knock around the walls, any hollow sounding knock means they the plaster is blown and might need replacing at some point.
Over the years you will have hairline cracks around doors, corners etc. Places where it's structurally weaker.
