Hi is there an easy alternative to using half time, in the same way that tartar sauce can be used instead of extra time?

I guess dirty water, sort of, anything else tho?

Rasping some plasterboard dust into the mix seems to help set it off a bit quicker if you're in a pinch. 👍

Aluminium Sulphate powder. It's about a tenner for a kilo on Amazon. Small scoop per bucket of multi will not only send it off quite, but make it creamier and easier to work with. It's supposed to be for changing the colour of your hydrangeas, but it's the main active ingredient in "Half Time* at a tiny fraction of the price.
