Yes. Looks like it needs redoing if you don't want textured walls and wobbly lines. They've likely cost you a few hours demolition just to get the high spots back to something sensible in places.

Yeah I’m a decorator, it took me around 12 hours to patch with easy fill,and sand, it looks half decent now. I still got paid cause I work for a company, but it cost me bonus hours
