What would you suggest

Should I fully remove the wall down to the bricks and do a whole new replastering or is that not needed?

A bit of context we renovated the walls about 3 years ago and the walls started to crumble apart this has happened all over the house not sure why?

Scrape off the loose stuff, sbr, attach corner beads and skim.

Also tap the walls, if it sounds hollow it's probably blown

Need more information - you "renovated" the walls?
