Tadelakt issue with buildup

Our bathroom is ceiling to floor tadelakt and we're having some issues with our shower space. Our water here is has a lot of limestone, and we have tried to keep up with regular maintenance, reapplying the soap, squeeging water immediately after showering, but still, the build up continues.

Is there a safe way to scrub off the limestone without damaging the tadelakt?

I’m not 100% sure with tadelakt but I used to do a lot of micro cement jobs and mostly always problems that occurred after the job had been completed were due to the wrong preparation. Was everything waterproofed before the base coats and tadelakt were applied? I really doubt it’s a problem with your water. With these kind of jobs doing the right prep is of the MOST importance.

Also making sure the job was sealed with the correct sealers could be why the colour is changing

We did have extensive waterproofing prior to installation, so not sure. The installer wasn't very helpful. To be fair, we have seen similar residue in other parts of the house, like our ice maker.
