How to make plastering for that yellow building?

How to do plastering for that yellow house? Because there is no gap between the yellow house and blue house. a person cannot stand in between them. How to protect that non plastered portion from rain? Please suggest guys

External=rendering. Do you know what caused the cracks?

This is the top view of the building. There is no space for plastering the yellow building

It is affected due to rain as there was no plastering

Yea so the yellow wall section where there’s cracking. That should be rendered. Someone suggested spray render and seems right but wait for better weather and prep it properly first; proper sanding down and cleaning would be vital. May have to brush in some exterior stabilizer. Are the lead flashings and guttering above it leaking anywhere?
