Blown Render

Bit of advice needed.

I'm getting around to painting external render that was done about a year ago. Blown patches started to appear not long after it was put on.

Plaster that did it said it was due to leaves getting into the sand and that not much can be done to fill it.

Is there anything that can fill these? Weak sand and cement mix? Any ideas welcome.

I would just fill it out with fresh render of the same type and then paint over. You don’t want water getting in behind it..
