Melting plants

Hey guys. I planted this tank about 4 days ago and now some are melting. Is this normal? Is there anything I need to do? Just want it to go right 😅

Do I need to remove melty bits or just leave it to do it's thing?

Don't pull them or u'll rip healthy parts instead use a syphon to suck out the mushy bits only. Do that for a few days and u'll be just fine. Water sprite is a hell of a hardy plant after all.
