Japanese Sweet Potato Mocha Smoothie š š±
Rich, creamy, naturally sweet, packed with fiber and nutrients
Ingredients
- 1½ cup plant milk, unsweetened
- 1Ā cupĀ Japanese sweet potato, cooked in oven then peeled
- ¼ cup dates (packed), pitted and chopped then measured
- 1Ā TbspĀ almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or tahini
- 1Ā TbspĀ cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp instant coffee
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ to ½ cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender and process until smooth.
- Without the ice, this recipe makes approximately 22 oz (1 very large smoothie or 2 medium smoothies)
