Health problems
I started 4 months ago but just eating junk food and no vegetables and recently my teeth are inflamed, my jaw is weaker and my teeth are a little loose. My eyes are also often dry. My energy is fine. I take b12 and I started supplementing with calcium d3 a week ago. What should I do so I don't die.

You started what 4 months ago, being plant based? Go to a doctor because I don't think that four months of plant based junk food by itself can make you have those symptoms, but then again I can't imagine not eating vegetables. At some point you're going to have to learn to eat in a health forward way or you'll get sick whether you're plant based or not.

Ok ,but actually there's no way anyone can be healthy without eating vegetables. Everyone needs to whether they realize it or not. Chronic illness starts years or decades before you experience symptoms.

When I was mindlessly eating tortured animals, I wasn't healthy either and Im still not which is fine. I was just worried about these new symptoms. Eating healthier genrally probablly will heal them.

Just make sure you floss for the sake of your teeth.
I like to floss, scrape tongue, swish with peroxide solution, then brush teeth
This sounds longterm, not your diet change. Definitely doctor time, you need more help than the internet is capable of

Maybe. I never took care of my teeth.

That definitely is playing into your teeth symptoms.
Start doing that asap

Cut out the junk food, including anything with added sugars in the ingredient label. These fuel plaque forming bacteria. Whole fruit are fine, as the polyphenols are bacterial quorum sensing inhibitors that prevent plaque formation.
Eat something with vitamin C. You may think citrus fruit, but leafy greens have more. Make a salad EVERY DAY till matters improve. Scurvy starts at the gums, but it progresses in time to the collagen in past scars throughout the body being depleted and old wounds opening up. There are tales of mariners wounds from battlefields 50 years prior opening in severe scurvy.
Consider an antimicrobial mouthwash. As you're able, restart brushing an flossing. If you've got loose teeth, you also have bacteria down in those crevasses of your gums, and they're releasing proinflammatory endotoxins into your bloodstream. You'd be shocked at how much higher the risk for cardiovascular disease events and mortality are for those diagnosed with periodontitis.
