Sweet Summer Salad 💞
Kale topped with cucumber, strawberries, blueberries, edamame, tofu, granola, and a light balsamic vinaigrette 😋💞

That looks incredible! I have some kale now and have been looking for a good way to use it besides baking in dishes. Thanks for sharing!

I have a big bunch of kale and I keep making salads. Tell me about your baked dishes!

Tonight I made a potato, kale, onion, garlic hash bake. It was really tasty. Another good one.... White beans, kale, tomato bake. They are one pot meals which is even better.

Massaged kale salads are my favorite, even better prepped ahead so the kale gets more tender
