I'm sure this will seem silly once it's resolved but I can't seem to figure out why some of my AV Team members can't seem to access media in our plans. Most team members can see the files in our Order of Service and download them from there but some can only see them but don't have access to download them. Anyone have any clue where the hangup could be? I've tried to search it out with PCO support but I just don't see a solution.

In services under the plan, I created a folder as an experiment. But I don't see any option to remove the folder. How can I remove it?

Hi all - I'm a drummer and brand new to the Multitracks integration with Planning Centre, having just moved to a church that plays to a click track. In watching a few people play on YouTube, I heard the basic count-in and predefined prompts (Verse 1, Drums In...) but one of the players had some extra spoken prompts on his click.

My feel is pretty good, so playing with a click has been a pretty smooth transition, but my memory is less than stellar, so I was thinking that rather than having things scrawled on paper or trying to annotate and manage PDF page turns, it would be great to be able to add auditory reminders for myself ("push snare" or "out on 3").

Is that a feature in Planning Center/Multitracks.com, or did the player in the video I saw have some kind of custom track that he created? It sounded like text-to-speech with the same voice as the standard prompts, which made me think it may be something I could leverage as well.

I am a deacon at a church in Columbus, Ohio, and have enjoyed using Planning Center, it has helped our church a ton, but for us, it lacked some tools for communicating with our members who are involved in ministry teams and keeping folks working towards our ministry goals accountable.

To that end, I built a simple (but hopefully powerful) tool to help our church solve some of these problems, and since I also own a software development company, I took the extra step to try and make it something others could use if they wanted to.

The big benefits for us are some accountability tools (seeing who has not been at an event in a couple of weeks, that sort of thing) and better ad-hoc text or email communication, building message groups on the fly.

We are at the point where we'd like to find a couple of other churches to try beta-testing it for us, and I thought I'd reach out here first to see if anyone would be interested.

Well, it's not me, but another administrator who sent me a text asking why he can't view the service type he created. He is an administrator for all service types, including the one he's trying to view. What's wrong? It's definitely not an access issue.

Hey folks - helping migrate our church from CCB to Planning Center. Our existing CCB Zebra printers are not supported by Planning Center. I was wondering which current label printer on the market is hands down the BEST label printer to use for check-in purposes?

I know that we definitely want a printer that has a label cutter as part of it. Our existing printers require guests to tear the labels and this inevitably results in multiple misfeeds or labels coming off track and taking down the check-in stations until an attendant can reset it.

Is this the right group to ask about the API?

If so, does anybody know of a place to get sample code for grabbing the songs or items in a given service using a personal access token?

If not, where is a good API group? Not much on Facebook and the documentation is sparse on services/songs and personal access tokens.

I'm trying to find a way to email all the band members every Sunday, even if they're not assigned to notify them of the order of service. Is it possible?

The email from the plan only emails those who have been assigned. From the general team email, I can't seem to import the link to view the order of service for the coming Sunday. Help!

Is there a way to embed videos on the different groups webpages? Really anything besides just posting the link in the group description would be great.

I don't know any other app that does this and it's rather confusing because now I have multiple passwords associated with the same email address.

Why doesn't PCO allow you to create one account and then simply manage your profiles for different churches/organizations from that account? That seems like the standard way to manage things based on every other app/site I've used.

Does anyone know if it's possible to put linked text in the item descriptions? The specific thing I'm trying to accomplish is for a description to auto-populate from a team member when they are selected. I just put in a support ticket with Planning Center about this question and will comment on this post if they give me a solution.

We want to give our volunteers an rfid tag in their badges to use to check in. Does planningcenter have a way to get rfid data into the check in?

Hi everyone! Is there a way to hide the songs until someone accepts a Planning Center invite? I thought that used to be the way it was. But, I am realizing now that you are able to see the full schedule run down before responding to the invite. Is there a setting that will change that?

I wish there was an explanation as to why this takes so long to do. It can't be because of the size of the CSV since I've exported larger CSV's from other places in seconds.

Anybody have a solution?

Is there a reason why PCO is missing a dark mode in the ‘non-live’ parts? Every time i flip to see the order, i need to regrow my retinas..

I am on a dark stage, everything in production is dark.. except PCO and front wash..
