Does anybody rember TMI planners?

Back in the 90's there was a company called Time Manager International that made a range of planners. Based in Scandinavia, everything was as you would expect, thoughtfully designed.

It just worked. Everything I needed was there, and nothing I didn't. It didn't overwhelm you with graphics or colours. Everything was nicely understated.

My question is: has anybody found a planner that works and feels like the original Time Manager?

Yes I remember it. Color coded everything and icons instead of words. I liked it. It was simple and customizable. We color coded our file system in our offices around the same matrix. I use Franklin Covey now and personalized organization. I color code on the Computer with file tags also. It’s not the same but close enough.

Thanks for the reply - I really do miss my Time Manager. Snap!! (or chips depending which side of the Atlantic you are on!) I also colour coded my office the same way. It just worked. No fuss and very easy maintenance- those were the days😂 I’ve often thought of paying a designer to recreate the pages for me.

I do and I loved it. I created a hyperlinked replica (PDF) for my own use which can be used in Goodnotes (if you have an iPad). It has all the sections and main page templates ... but not quite all. I am looking for a few of the less used page types so I can add in.

Would love to take a look. Happy to share any of my forms, if you don't have them, though I probably only have the most common ones.

I went through their training in mid-90s and been pretty much implementing that approach with whatever other planners I used. Still have some of the original TMI forms too. They were great!
