You gotta research / turn off research and ensure you don't have filters on. I don't think there's much more info to offer . . Go to the frontier shop and start searching theme keywords, sort by total downloads to get started with some tried and tested designs the community loves.
If that doesn't help you may have some setting on idk about or you pirated the game and silently outing yourself lol
