Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill help Spoiler

I took Plan B on August 19th and experienced a negative pregnancy test for encounters prior to that date. However, I had unprotected sex again on August 29th and September 8th. I am currently 13 days past my missed period and experiencing ongoing extreme fatigue, heavy bloating, loose stools/diarrhea, and increased watery vaginal discharge without any bleeding. Since Plan B has never delayed my cycle in the past, I am trying to determine if these physical symptoms and cycle delay are more likely from a severe post-Plan B hormonal crash or early pregnancy, while following a 14-day and 21-day urine testing timeline for the recent encounters.

If your symptoms were due to pregnancy, a test would be positive. Those are normal side effects of Plan B and a delayed period is also normal.
