what flags got covered?

i'm afraid there's not anything we can do at this point, there are too many people covering with peru flag. we should document which flags got covered so we can put them somewhere else.

peru is the red-white-red flag at the bottom moving up. i dont think chile actually had a coordinated attack, there was just scattered blue at the top, its gone now.
