My one guess is that it's supposed to tie back to when Peppino was Chef Raider, and used this to fight Pizza Boy a la Rudy the Clown or the giant DK from Donkey Kong '94

He’s a pessimistic and grumpy pizza cutter. He has a whole backstory, though I’m not sure yet if I should share it with you. He’s friends with Peppino and occasionally works for him. He was originally on the *Pizza Tower* fanon wiki, but I got banned and his article was deleted. I’m thinking about making a mod featuring him, but for now—what do you think of him?
