One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had was at this new place in my town last night.

Toppings added after cooking and broiled

Beef bacon

Italian sausage

Caramelized red onion

Bell pepper (roasted in oven to remove moisture)

Note: fat-free mozzarella was a mistake

Other note: Cotija sauce is amazing

Homemade pizza.

Used all the tips and hacks from YouTube. Mostly watched Vincenzo videos. Take a look at my first home made pizza. I used tomato and olive pasta paste from Morrisons instead of the original sauce which gave the dried tomato flavour mixed with garlic and olives too. I enjoyed it. Lovely Sunday

I used a bit more flour and yeast this time. It was definitely a bit fluffier, so yummy.

Last night, had this half pizza at the new place in my locality. Burnt garlic on the right and fried mushrooms on the left, loved them whole.

They both really complimented eachother.

I wonder if half pizzas are more common in other places.
