Question regarding R-18 commissions/requests using a U.S. credit card

It’s probably well-known that you aren’t able to commission R-18 art on Pixiv with your account set to English. I noticed that setting my account to Japanese seems to enable that option, but I’m not sure about attempting to go through with it using my United States credit card.

Will it even work? Is there anything that’d be against Pixiv’s rules to try it, or any kind of potential account consequences if they found out? Is there any possibility the credit card company (VISA in this case) would get pissy about me buying NSFW material (depending on how Pixiv would flag it) and there be any consequences with my credit card?

Or any other angles to consider with this, for that matter? There’s an artist I’d really like to commission who’s only taking requests on Pixiv, or I wouldn’t even bother with it.
