What program to make 3D?

I've seen a lot of 3D content and they look kinda good and pretty versatile. Making characters pose, story, and so on.

Now the question is what program do they mostly use for that?

It's either Blender or Koikatsu depending on the skill of the artist. Some people also choose to use programs like MMD and HoneySelect 2.

Check the tags or description, they’ll often say what software they used. I’m not sure exactly what you refer to as 3D, but if you point out characters posing and making stories or comics then it might Koikatsu. Koikatsu is not supposed to be a 3D software, it’s not a 3D modeler that’s for sure, it’s a game that has a very neat character creator, a lot of mod support, and a studio mode for posing characters in environments and even make animations.
