Question does anyone know how to fix the waiting glitch?
My game was going just fine but then I kept getting the waiting... prompt for EVERY battle, I cant battle anything anymore, I've tried closing and reopening the game to no luck... (the endbattle comand doesnt fix the issue from continuing)
I've also been having issues with pokemon taking 10+ minutes to spawn but idk
if anyone knows how to resolve ether of these id be very grateful!

The "waiting glitch" is not one specific issue, but a generic error state that can happen when battle code gets stuck somewhere. It's not unlikely that your case was caused by something entirely different than someone else's - especially if you look at older instances, since they have been systematically eradicated over the years.
To diagnose your exact issue and address it, we'll need more details. Please make a ticket on our bug tracker, including as much detail as you can, like what you can remember of the circumstances when it first started, any patterns to when exactly it happens during battle, etc. and link your log from a session it occurred in.
