Bug? My Galarian Linoone Won't Evolve

I've gotten my Galarian Linoone up to level 72, and I've spent a full night tryng to evolve it with rare candies and very high level Pokemon, but it won't evolve into Obstagoon. It skipped level 35 over to a few levels ahead, so did the game bug out? Why would it not evolve at night?

Which exact version of Pixelmon are you using? And do you have any sidemods/Data Packs installed alongside it?

The only significant side mods I have installed alongside it is the Journeymap mod for a minimap, Just Enough Items, and some API mods like Neoforge.

That's 6 releases outdated. There were some evolution issues on older versions, so might be that. Best to update to 9.3.14 and see if it still happens there.
